  • I had a bathtub faucet that suddenly would not shut off any more. I called Diamondback Plumbing after reading reviews on Yelp and they sent someone within a few hours - no emergency fees or anything like that. It turned out that the Moen cartridge went bad. Plumber was here for about 10 minutes total. He charged me $89 for labor cost and $90.48 for the cartridge cost. I can get the exact same cartridge from Home Depot for $39.00. I am very happy about the service but the markup on parts is a bit on the crazy side. The service person (Bryan G) was awesome and very friendly and completely professional.
