  • Beware when renting from them. The worst company i have ever dealt with. First we moved in and they had the house having a pool they charged 100 dollars extra a month for it i got ahold of them i was asked to pay it until it was fixed from the lease (3 months later). Then we had a sink that is attached to a bar that would not work. Over 10 different people came to the house and looked at it and it took them 7months to finally just remove the sink. I was told they would replace the bar what they did was put plywood over it and paint it white. I also had a air vent fall and almost hit me in the head in the bathroom because it was just glued on not screwed in. We have had a slew of problems with this company avoid it at all cost.
