  • UPDATE: I had a bad experience here initially. But after today, I am pleased to say I will be back in as soon as I need something. Rob reached out to me today and was very apologetic. He ensured me that it was a simple miscommunication about the discrepancy of my return. To keep a long story short, I bought a guitar here. Went to return it and didn't get all of my money back because I purchased the pro-coverage. Nonetheless, Rob went out of his way to call me and make it right. For that, a huge thumbs up. As for the rest of the staff, they were very pleasant. No one pushed me too hard on anything and it was an easy buy. Jordan and Cye were very knowledgeable and they really helped me find what I like in a guitar. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again guys, you are the bomb. A much deserved 5 star review from a very satisfied customer.
