  • We went after it had been open for about a month. As a reference the location in Plaza Midwood is my hands down favorite BBQ spot in Charlotte. I think this place is close but not the same. For some reason I thought flavor, moisture, etc of the pork BBQ and ribs were not the same as the original location. Service was super efficient and friendly, I loved the beers on tap and drank many of them. The food was kind of just luke warm when we got it, but I definitely want to try again and see how they are doing now that they've been up and running for awhile. If they can replicate the entire Plaza Midwood location experience this close to my house I will have a belly full of BBQ way too often!
