  • Shopping for an outdoor bar/serving cart for our backyard. Looked at several pieces, prices seemed kinda high (twice as much) compared to the research and browsing I did on wayfair prior to coming in. They did have some higher end and custom options though. After about 15 minutes, no one acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or even smiled. There were at least 6 employees on the sales floor. All of the older, Caucasian customers appeared to be attended to. I decided to do a second "lap" around the store just to see if anyone would acknowledge me, but to no avail, despite several employees unoccupied with customers at the time. Nice selection, but I value customer service during my shopping experience.
