rev:text	3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment for me and my friend to get manicures (I was getting gels and she was getting acrylics). I asked what the price would be for both services so we would know how much money to bring, she told me acrylics were $30 and gels were $36. I informed the lady on the phone of a groupon I had for $17 off any service and she said that was perfectly fine. When we got there for our appointments we sat and waited for 30 minutes before we started and she put me and my friend at different tables and after asking if I could move several times without getting an answer I moved myself and the workers got extremely annoyed by this. My friend asked for a specific shape for her acrylics and the lady immediately showed her frustration, said "that will be an extra $5" and then she did the wrong shape. When my friend showed her a picture of what she was looking for the lady stopped what she was doing and got extremely annoyed and said "you didn't say that it's to late for that" as she was breathing heavy and rolling her eyes (my friends nails never ended up how she asked). After our awful service we were ready to go so we went up to check out and I pulled up my groupon and tried to use it.....they continuously said I couldn't use it (for what reason? Who knows) but I got so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there so I just handed her my bank card so I could pay and leave. She charged me $41 dollars when she had previously told me the total for gels was $36 plus my $17 off groupon my total SHOULD HAVE BEEN $19. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! P.S) the only reason I gave them one star is because it doesn't give me the option to do none....
