We have had several issues with the service department. All I can say is, we won't be back and I am GLAD my car is out of warranty. I will share my most recent saga.
Drop off 1: I drop my truck off for an oil change and inform my service advisor that my husband noticed a power steering leak.
Pick up 1: I pick up my truck and take it home. Paperwork does not annotate the leak. Husband pops the hood and notices that they did not fix the power steering leak and it is still leaking.
Call service advisor to inform that leak was not addressed and schedule appointment #2.
Drop off 2: My husband drops off the truck to fix the power steering leak. Shows the service advisor exactly what he is talking about.
Pick up 2: Husband picks up the truck. Paperwork shows the leak has been addressed. Gets the car home after driving from dealership and pops the hood. Power steering (return) hose is loose.
I call and talk to customer service as my husband and I are both annoyed. Husband takes to another mechanic in the meantime where they notice the idler pulley bearing was going out. Second call was made to inform customer service rep that additional mechanical issues were missed. Scheduled appointment number 3 for next day.
Drop off 3: Meet with service advisor, cusromer service rep and master tech. Again review work that needs to be done. Provided a replacement car and was told to "make sure to bring it back with the same level of fuel." I will be sure to do that, even though my FOUR repeat trips for your incompetence has cost me time, money and patience. Surely I will top your tank off.... *insert major eye roll here*
Pick up 3: Work was FINALLY done.
All I can say after this experience is that there are MAJOR issues with this service department. They left such a sour taste in my mouth that I will not be coming back to buy my next vehicle, or to have my vehicle serviced. This is not customer service or competent mechanical service. Take your business elsewhere.
