Home Warranty (AHS) sent them. The plumber Rick, seemed knowledgeable when it came to fixing my upstairs toilet and why it was not flushing properly. He replaced the flapper and also took out a small water restriction piece from the bottom of the tank which connects to the valve. A week later I come to find out a small leak from that valve had been going since he left that ended up leaking through to my downstairs ceiling leaving water damage. The second plumber who came out was very nice, called his boss MIke to see what could be done about the water damage. Well, the first plumber just so happened to omit that he removed the water restriction device which obviously caused all the damage from the invoice. Because of this, Mike the boss informed the second plumber that they will not be covering any water damage. Hopefully AHS can stop sending these people out any longer so good people will no longer be affected. I also have a very good legal plan through my employer so I'm sure this is going to cost them more then a 600.00-700.00 repair based on their mistake.
