  • Thank you Lowe's for selling and delivering us defective washer & dryer. When asked if we'll get some kind of compensation, to be bluntly put, a discount, we got a "well, we'll give replacements"-- why, of course, replacements are needed the machines are busted! The washer leaked & the dryer had no heat. *sigh* Not fun at all. Other stores would give something back whenever these kind of problems happen. But guess Lowe's won't.
