I checked out a pop pilates class here. The studio was clean, and the staff was welcoming. The instructor was very friendly, and the class was easy to follow. I liked that it was a quick 30 minute class with upbeat music. I know I'm going to feel it in my abs tomorrow. After the class they invited me to stay for the next class (barre) for free to check out a different class since it was my first time. I had plans after, but I thought that was pretty awesome. This is the first studio that has ever done that, and I go to a lot of them. My only criticisms are that it was a little difficult to find in the complex upon entering from the back entrance... a sign on the other side of the building would help. Also the studio could've been a little cooler. Aside from that, awesome place! I want to try their yoga next.
