  • Eloff is the greatest! I'll start off by saying just that. Eloff sold our home very quickly and gave us all the tools and information in order to do that (Actually, I do feel bad by writing this review so late). When I first spoke with Eloff, he had this demeanor about him that you felt comfortable around him and at the same time he was very straightforward and honest with me. He was very knowledgeable about our particular area and about the real estate market at that time. He definitely does his research to make sure he's up to date on all real estate activity to make sure he brings you accurate information during his listing appointments. After interviewing several other realtors we decided to go with Eloff. We wanted to sell our property quickly so he determined what price to list the home. We agreed to the price he recommended. He was at our home the next day taking pictures of the interior and exterior of the home. While doing this he was very meticulous on how to photograph rooms and the outside to ensure that the property received a greater amount of views once in was placed on the MLS. It received several offers including an offer at full ask within a week so we were of course very happy to hear that. The house closed within 3 weeks total. Thanks to Eloff we sold the house quickly which is exactly what we wanted. I would like to add that Eloff was gracious enough to even meet us at signing after repeated attempts to let him know that it was not necessary. I have never had a realtor sit throughout the entire closing. He is a true professional.
