My children went to Kidfixers for years. It is my opinion that over time the office has become too crowded and not able to service their patients in a timely fashion. Additionally, in my opinion, it is clear that Dr. Lepore is more interested in profits and not the care of patients, this is an all to often theme in the medical field. His profit over care approach was evidenced by his response to my inquiry over a $5 bill (I was questioning the need for such a bill considering he was paid handsomely by my insurance, and has made plenty of money off my family in the past). Moreover, as a small business owner it was a principle matter (really you are sending me a $5 bill that I now have to take the time to write a check for and mail?). Instead of contacting me and discussing his policies or bill, he wrote a letter decline our future relationship. I run a business and this is not the approach any other professional can take and remain in business. I urge anyone interested in this office to seek another office that understands customer service and patient care are also requirements of doctors offices.
**It is worth noting that when I was owed a credit because of a billing issue there was no urgency or recognition of the same. In fact, I received a bill and had to contact the office to remind then of the credit.
