  • Went knife shopping last weekend, and as usual, nobody in the Sporting Goods department. I couldn't get the knife I wanted because the knives are locked up in a case, and only a few specific employees have the keys to that case. Over the next 40 minutes, they tried paging a Sporting Goods representative 5 or 6 times, but nobody came. I just took my business to the Canadian Tire across the street. Waiting 40 minutes for them to grab a knife for me is ridiculous, I have way too many things to do on Saturday.
