| - Great board games store - best one I've ever been to.
The prices are great - often cheaper than competitors. They also get the latest releases pretty fast, which is awesome. I can check for a release in BGG's "Gone Cardboard" section, wait 3-4 days and bang, there it is at 401.
The shelves are pretty cool and often well-organized, which is great - I love to browse for new and old games there. Make sure you go to the back of the store for the new releases, while getting tempted to buy all the other games on the way (nice selling technique there guys, kudos to you).
The (very polite and friendly) folks there often greet you when arriving at the store - a BIG plus is the fact that they don't constantly bug you, frequently asking what you're looking for. If you need help, just ask for it and they promptly come out from the back of the counter to help. I consider myself pretty experienced and informed about board games, but I noticed that they often have great tips and suggestions for newcomers to board gaming - they don't try to push the more expensive games.
They also have a great selection of deck protectors, sleeves, dice and lots of other stuff - it's my go-to store for supplies.
My only complaint is that sometimes there are big cardboard boxes of arriving shipments piled up just after the cashier, which block the way from the shelves and hide their great, colourful look - not enough to take out a star from the rating, though.
UPDATE: I'm downgrading the rating to three starts. The new place doesn't have very good lightning, and the employees don't seem to be in the same good mood as before. I know, good and bad days are there for everyone, but lately I've noticed that they've been much more busier than usual. It lost quite a bit of the friendly atmosphere it enjoyed before. Still fine.
