  • Heard great things from several people so we decided to give it a go. After the scallops app, my mouth is on fire. I like spicy food when it's not so hot it burns or lingers. Several waters and minutes later, still on fire. Not pleasant. Hard to enjoy the food when it burns. The rest Tasted good, not overly impressed, small portions, lots of flavor (peppery/jerk spicey). Loud and hot inside (summer) and had a fly buzzing around we couldn't seem to get rid of. I can see why folks like it, but it's a bit limited and spicey for my taste. I won't be coming back, too many other great places in PHX to try and go back to. I was refraining from alcohol from the evening, so can't comment on the drinks, so my rating is strictly on the food.
