  • My fiance and I have taken a martini madness class here which is a 2 hour taster of what the school has to offer. Initially I was a little disappointed we weren't going to be drinking any of our creations (there is only colored water in the bar) but then we started to learn about the right and wrong way to make martinis - from when to shake and when to stir. After learning to do chain reaction drop shots and a 3 martini fountain pour I'm envisioning having cool parties and building a bar. My fiance on the other hand walk out wanting to do the whole course and become a bartender on the side... which is an unfortunate side effect I'm hoping goes away!! But it does speak wonders for the instruction and the bar we got to play with if it got him that excited. I'd certainly want to go here if I was serious about hospitality. Even as a bartender and wishing to go a little higher class - this is a great place to learn some flare.
