I had such a horrible experience with this company. They were sent out to us from our warranty company. The employee showed up and was so rude the minute he talked to me. He was condescending and tried to make me feel stupid. I told him what the guy we had talked to told us might be wrong and he answered with a condescending comment. After a while of him being here I stepped out to the garage to see how it was going. He was cursing at the things we had around the garage that supposedly were in his way, instead of asking us to move it he threw them aside. I felt really uncomfortable. When he was done he called me over and tried to say it was our fault it wasn't working. He said that our trash can was blocking the censor and that we needed a new place for it. He then said that since it wasn't covered under warranty I had to pay a 85$ fee. I then told him it was not stated I had to pay anything because it's covered under our warranty. He flipped out on me and starting raising his voice, and started walking away. I started dialing my in laws, the owners of the house, and as I was on the phone with them I asked for a work order form. He then yelled out while walking down my drive way, "you can get one from the office!!!". I was scared, infuriated, and felt his attitude towards a 23 year old girl was inappropriate. I then asked him his name while he threw his stuff in his truck. He again yelled out from the end of the drive way," Ric, R I C" and got in his car and left. Why did he have to yell it out and spell it out with such anger? Isn't he in a field were he has to give customer service skills? He needs to be talked to about his attitude. He he doesn't like his job then get a new one. My inlaws will definitely give their manager a call.
P.s. This review was immediately made as soon as he drove off and I came inside. I thought people should know that if they hear their insurance mentioning this company's name, they should request something else or at least someone other than RIC.
