Rating is below zero. I fly SW exclusively and recently had 2 flight delays in one trip which makes for a VERY stressful trip. I have written 3 emails to Southwest airlines and the responses I am receiving from KELLY DRAKE are unacceptable! The first leg of our flight was delayed b/c passengers on a different Southwest flight were DELAYED AND LATE AS WELL! I have asked to be compensated for our inconveniences. KELLY DRAKE in her email also stated that our flight to 'Albuquerque'- WHAT - that's not the flight we were on so I'm not sure KELLY DRAKE is even paying attention to our emails. For 10 years we have flown SW exclusively and I would expect that if our needs are not met - we should be compensated for our time and stress caused by Southwest.
Considering changing to American Airlines!
