  • Mmmmmm.Yum.Being a Pole from Chicago, I definitely know good Polish food-AND I miss it since having moved to Az. We found Beaver's Choice purely by accident-reading Yelp, and decided to give it a go.OMG! Hania the owner makes -everything- herself- and it is to DIE for; we had the herring appetizer[ delicious, smooth, silky ,the BOMB], and then the salmon platter[gravlax] with a variety of salads and dill potatoes, as well as the pierogi platter.Fabulous, juicy ,tender, delicate, amazing. it was just like being home again.The staff are super friendly, courteous, and kind, and the food came super fast! Desert was their famous "beaver cookies", and you simply -have- to grab a couple to take home with you. All in all, an amazing dining experience, cannot WAIT to go back.=)
