  • I went in last week late into the night for a pixie cut and highlights, not expecting much. This location is small but clean, and felt pretty cozy. Hair Happiness definitely delivered what I wanted, but I can't say the hair cut was exceptionally good -- it doesn't really look like the reference picture I gave, and looks outright silly if I don't use styling products. Still, hair grows! I usually fall in love with my look after a month, so all I really want from a salon is a good vibe and shorter hair. The service was terrific. Asuke really made me feel comfortable and gave some great advice on what to do to get blue highlights. This was my first time getting my hair bleached, let alone bleached to the point of whiteness, and it was done very carefully. I was never made anxious or had my hair treated roughly, Asuke was super gentle with my head. I'm also normally very nervous when it comes to razors, but he was probably the best stylist I've had shave the back of my head. I didn't get the normal "I'm going to die" instinct I get with other stylists. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a stress-free environment and aren't too picky with the cut looking exactly like your reference photo.
