  • I have been to this business many times before for veterinarian assistance and always had an excellent experience until my visit today, I took my dog in because she had a lesion that was bleeding and I could not get the bleeding to stop, the estimate was 535.00 which I could not afford, the only lesser cost option was only 95.00 less, I still could not afford, Dr greenway was nice, she has always been nice, her assistant was super helpful, patient, caring and concerned which I appreciate as well, when going to pay (the bleeding still hadn't been fixed) I asked if there was coupons available and the woman checking me out said she didn't think so, and then I asked if she could please inquire-- then the "office manager" mrs rude ass bitch Allison dark might be her name or that's what I was told her name was disrespectfully and distastefully advised me that she was the office manager and there was no coupons being offered, and that they never have coupons-- which I know is a lie because I have gotten a coupon from this same facility before. I think she may need a reminder that the consumer pays her paycheck and she does not need to be giving low class attitude to clients who are just asking a question. The way she went about telling me no, the way she made me feel as a customer and her demeanor will be the reason I won't be returning-- not because the bleeding issue didn't get fixed or the staff was an issue. It was one woman who calls herself an office manager with a nasty ass bitchy over entitled attitude that lost 1 loyal customer.
