rev:text	We had previously taken our Ram into Larry H Miller for service and had a good experience so when we decided to look at trading it in for a 2017 Ram we went to their website and requested the "internet price". We communicated via email with Scott Haberman and set up a time to come down. When we got to the dealership Scott had the truck we had inquired about out front and ready for us. The truck we originally inquired about was not going to work for us so Scott showed us a few other options and found the perfect one for us. Then came the time all car buyers dread...making the deal. Scott really listened to us and our needs and didn't pressure us to commit to a higher down or monthly payment than what we told him we were comfortable with. We had our 3 year old with us and he was interactive with her as well, bringing coloring books and crayons over to keep her busy (We all know patience isn't a strong suit for toddlers). We got the terms down and met with Kyle Verdino in finance. We have had a bad experience at a different dealer in the past and Kyle assured me that we wouldn't be getting a call that they would need more down or a higher monthly payment/interest. Kyle went through the signing quickly and efficiently and we were on our way home in our new truck. We received a call from Kyle the next day with great news. He was able to secure the loan at an even lower interest rate! We would have to go back and re-sign a few documents but it was well worth it. Kyle had everything ready to go when we arrived and we were in and out within minutes! Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had!
