  • I've been a Lexus driver for years and years. Absolutely am still thrilled about the vehicle itself...and as far as the service: can't complain a bit when talking about the Hendrick Lexus INDEPENDENCE location. They treat you like GOLD!!! HOWEVER, the Northlake location is absolutely brutal. Nobody knows what they're doing and they're extremely rude. If you're buying a car, then they'll tend to you....but as soon as it comes to the servicing side of things, forget it. This location only cares about the money and not a bit about the services that Hendrick and Lexus strive to ordinarily provide. Save your frustrations and travel the extra distance to the South Charlotte location off of Independence to get what you truly deserve. The Northlake location is a joke.
