  • I am extremely dissatisfied with Preston Industries. James Harvard is extremely unprofessional and has hung up on me and refuses to answer my calls or texts. I have been awaiting a dryer repair for several weeks and Preston Industries has made this a horrific experience. They have set several appointments where I have waited at home and no one shows up, calls, texts, emails, or responds to any of my outreach. My dryer has not been repaired and they lack the common courtesy to even give status updates or not hang up on a customer. This is a fraud and it seems like my dryer will never be repaired. When you call the number listed for the company, 480-430-7062, James Harvard is the owner and the individual who answers the phone and who states he will send "his guys" out for appointments. I called James this morning on my cell phone, he ignored my call. I called again from a different number and he answered this call on the very first ring and talked to me for a few minutes before hanging up on me and not answering any other calls. This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with and I would advise that no one ever do business with them. They do not finish their work, they ignore your calls, they are rude, and they hang up on you, and will keep you in limbo indefinitely. I want the job finished but I don't think that will be a reality if I continue working with James and Preston Industries. DO NOT TRUST JAMES HARVARD OR PRESTON INDUSTRIES! I am not sure how they are in business if they treat their customers poorly and do not finish their work. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY! Save your time, money, and peace of mind.
