  • After being unable to contact the clinic, I decided to take a drive to the office. This after also seeing on Google Search that the office is permanently closed! No notification to existing patients like myself, and money that I've spent...nearly two grand...that I'm probably not going to get back for failure to deliver on what I paid for. I have looked up the LLC on the AZ Corp. Commission website, and have the names and addresses of those who opened the clinic. Not sure what steps to take now....
