  • Finally a great Espresso & coffee house in N Scottsdale. Press is located in the new City North shopping district, which (sadly) is facing some very tough economic times with anchor stores Nordstrom and Bloomingdales backing out of the project. This gem of a coffee house takes their start product seriously, and the dopio Espresso shots that I have had here over the past 4 months have been consistent and flavorful, with good complexity and multiple layers of crema. The staff is friendly and well trained. I have never tried their sandwiches or nice selection of salads but I hear they are quite good. Prices are moderate and quite fair considering the above average quality and upscale location. Parking in City North in front of Press is generally never an issue during the day as businesses in City North are pretty much deader than a door-nail. I highly recommend Press for anyone seeking genuine espresso and a positive experience.
