  • Called 2x to bring my vehicle in for repair and ask ahead of time their policy and procedure of what they needed before I came in. I explained both times, I am very busy and I only have 20 min to have my car looked at. I was never told to email my estimate in beforehand but to come in. I was able to come in one morning but did call again and say I was on my way. I showed up and waited a few minutes, a gentleman came out and looked at my car and stated,"it's drivable, we can't see you till early July". That's 5-6 weeks from now..... shouldn't I have been told that from the original call??? Won't use this place ever or recommend.
