Surprise surprise. As soon as I post a yelp review my refund somehow "magically happens within hours" and I get a call from management. That's fine. But a call from someone "important" doesn't resolve the fact that I ordered flowers for my sister in law as a surprise for her birthday and 1 800 flowers couldn't handle the situation at hand and then questioned why I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. Completely absurd. Your neice outside picking flowers has more value than a $100.00 order from a company who can't be accountable.
