  • This place needs new management from the top to the bottom!!!! My wife has been working at this location for the past 4 months as she thought it would be nice to work close to home, part time to make a little extra money as we live here in Estrella Mountain Ranch. She has quit a few times, but asked not to quit as she is a hard worker. I know what i'm talking about as we used to own and manage our own full service restaurant back in Cali. Mcdonald's has a management policy for management to be FAIR, FIRM and CONSISTENT. Which i agree with, but is not being implemented at this location and service is lacking because of it! I understand that every person or business can have a bad day, but this place consistently makes mistakes and service is generally poor because of the way its run. Managers here are WEAK, and some are not fair to say the very least. They seem to care more about making sure their peers are happy with them than doing there jobs! Some of the management have their favorites and it clearly shows. When a business has 10% bad reviews, you can let it go, we all know that there are people you just cant please, but when reviews are 80% negative, that tells you something? I hope that they read this review and let my wife go, I can tell you that i hate my wife working at this place. This place is full of younger people trying to please each other, they could care less about the customer! And the corporate office wonders why they cant keep this store fully staffed? Really? Also, i'm not even going to tell you why my wife tells me to never buy food here anymore, lets just say that if the health department came in at the right time, this place would be flagged for several serious health code violations. This is an honest review of the inter workings of this location. The Mellon family owns many locations throughout the west valley and based on all reviews from all locations, it's obvious that they rely on the McDonald's name to make money, customer service and a positive work environment are almost nonexistent!
