I walked in feb 26 and spent $800 between two toilets and as I was leaving I realized I had a $30 ro faucet un opened still with the plastic bands around the outside that I needed to exchange. I had misplaced the receipt but had please asked if they would just exchange for the correct number. The two girls at the return desk on Feb 26th at 6am told me it was corporate policy and no exceptions. I asked if there was anyone they could call over to make the exception and they said no. So I put the ro faucet back in my truck grab the two toilets I just bought walked back in the store to return those. As I walk up the girl with a little purple in her hair and glasses says says "boy you are determined to return somthing today. I looked at her and said I don't do business with stores that can't make a simple exception for an exchange not a return. She then replied with you know that's perfectly ok it does not impact ME one bit. I didn't know Lowe's preferred to hire employees that give TERRIBLE customer service and feel it's ok because they don't own the company. I rarely return anything and these two girls made me feel like I had stole the product. Do your self a favor and shop at Home Depot. They even offered to return Lowes's faucet for me!!!
