  • I began bringing my two kittens to Wellesley Animal Hospital when I first got them for both routine and emergency care. ALL of the staff at WAH are absolutely, without a doubt, simply fantastic. Everyone is always super friendly and genuinely wants to help you and your animal to the best of their ability. On countless occasions, if I had a question I would drop in and ask it. If one of the staff out front didn't know the answer or thought a response from a vet would be best, they would make a note in my file and Dr. Ma would phone me back very soon with a response. Any treatment our cats have had has always been followed up with a phone call to follow up and make sure that recovery is proceeding well. Like any downtown vet, WAH is not cheap, but their prices are very much in line with other animal care facilities in the region. Because the level of service is so exemplary, their fees are worth every penny. The care they have provided my pets has been absolutely top notch, and I trust their judgment completely. Dr. Ma and all of the other people at Wellesley Animal Hospital have redefined the term 'professional'.
