We recently purchased a new car from Bill Luke. We worked with Lionel from sales. I did a ton of research and talked to four different dealerships. I had a pretty good idea of the going rate. Bill Luke gave us by far the best deal. Lionel knew we were talking to other dealerships but didn't pressure us. He told us to beware of dealer "add ons." I had never heard of these and sure enough most of the dealerships added these to their advertised price ($1000 plus). We found a car at Bill Luke we liked, drove it and then shopped around a bit. We then easily negotiated the price via text and went in one evening to do the paperwork and pick-up.
One hiccup was in finance where they told my husband they could not give him his entire rebate that was promised. We were willing to walk away and they figured out how to honor the deal.
Overall we'd recommend this dealership. It's always a little stressful shopping for a new car, but this was pretty painless.
We're also super happy with our new Pacifica.
