  • Below the expectations of a typical Holiday Inn Express and it desperately needs renovation. The wallpaper was falling off the walls in multiple spots, the microwave is from the 80s, the shower didn't provide hot water at night (but it did in the morning), the furniture was worn and outdated. I also had a couple disappointing encounters with bad customer service. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. I would only recommend if you're in desperate need of a room near the airport.
