In the middle of uber swank Yorkville is this unpretentious pub. Food is typical pub fare, nothing really over priced, and a respectable range of beers, both on tap and in bottle. Looks like they have mostly domestic beers on tap, including some microbrews. No Guinness on tap. No faux Irish pub pretensions.
When the weather turns fine, the roof offers a patio experience. There's also a small street level patio for those who want to watch leggy blond trophy wives strut their stuff.
Our waitress seemed somewhat deficient. Our drink order was promptly filled but we were left looking for her to take our food order. We got another visit to get our drinks refilled and then she seemed to spend the rest of the night talking to the bartender. A companion had to remind her about, you know, patrons. We got the bill and I left a moderately insufficient tip.
