  • I am in a customer service industry and I have to say that LVVSC gave me the best customer service that I have ever received from any company! From the moment that I walked in they knew who I was and had my paperwork ready for me. They communicated the time I could expect to wait and why. (my Vet was viewing the CD that I brought in) The staff explained their process and the Vet took the time to make sure that I understood the possible maladies, the common causes and my options for treatment. Great Communication! I highly recommend them and appreciate their professionalism.
