Overall, the food and atmosphere, prices and experience are above average. The only reason they didn't get a higher rating from me was the service. From the hostess when we first arrived, to the waitress who attended to our table there seemed to be a kind of nonchalance about them that translates to "you aren't important to me". I'm sure that isn't what Kabuki is trying to portray to their clientele, but nevertheless it is a common criticism among my friends and family who have dined there as well as mine and my partner. Could use some training for their staff. If there's an EVENT at the mall on the day you go, also be prepared to wait - and wait - for a table. The management is not as well equipped to handle crowds as they might otherwise be. I still go to Kabuki on a semi-regular basis, which speaks volumes since I am impatient with inept service "professionals".
