  • I love the doctors here, but I am very frustrated with the girls at the front desk. First of all there is one girl that answers the phone that is a little rude and cuts you off when you're speaking. I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday and Thursday afternoon I left a message to cancel my appointment that was to be on the following day. Friday I never got a call back or confirmation that they received my cancellation. So I called them Friday afternoon to ensure they got my voicemail and the same girl cut me off and said it was taken care of. I called back the following week on a Tuesday to reschedule my appointment for Wednesday around 4:30. 20 minutes later I get a missed phone call from the front office stating they got my voicemail and are canceling my appointment that I have scheduled for Wednesday at 3:30. They obviously do not know how to listen to voice messages because clearly that voicemail they were referring to was from Friday 2/12 not Tuesday. I clearly indicated that I was canceling an appointment for Friday, February 12th not Wednesday, February 17th. It is so hard to rearrange your work schedule to make doctors appointments. I hope they can teach some of the front desk girls to have a little more courtesy with patients over the phone and to listen to messages carefully before going in and canceling appointments. Aside from my experience with the ladies at the front desk I absolutely love the doctors at this practice. I highly recommend these doctors, they are very patient and knowledgeable.
