  • Was craving some Oxtail soup but unfortunately, the meat was hard and tough! Had a hard time even cutting it with a knife. Told our waitress and she says, "yah sometimes they rush the batch." WTH! Didn't apologize or ask if i wanted something else. Disappointed with this experience. But also saw another customer send back her soup so if this happens a lot something should be done to improve it.
