  • I brought my dog in and told them to trim her to 5/8. When i picked her up they had shaved her to her skin. As a cavalier they also took away her long ears. I was livid. All she said was I thought that is what you wanted. You could literally see her skin. It was April and she had to wear a sweater for about a month. She shivered all the time. We were both traumatized.
