  • Update: We left the storage 6 days early and yet at the beginning of the month they still charged me for the next month fees. We are not there and I have a receipt that says we own nothing, 0, nada. I was promised it was an accounting mistake and the funds would be put back in my account the next day, but nope it has not been done. This is a shady business to say the very least.
