If I could give zero stars I would. I was having chest pains, shortness of breath, etc etc. Came in without my wallet cause I rushed over here, meaning I didn't have my ID on me. I did have a photo copy of my state ID and a passport though. However I was refused treatment because it isn't the physical ID. couldn't make an exception so instead I had to wait for family to pick me up cause I'm unable to drive. To top matters off when I walked in the staff was laying down on the patient seating watching TV. Just don't come here, no sense of humanity or urgency at what is supposed to be "urgent care". Update: Once someone else walked in because I was the ONLY PERSON in there for at least 30-40 mins and clearly in need of help, they decided to try and help. Told me they could make a few calls to their district manager but can't promise that I can be seen by a doctor. At this time my family was already there to take me to an actual URGENT care. You are simply business to these people, not human.
