  • I went to the this office just to get my recertification of my FMLA paper work. Mind you this office has filled out my paperwork in the past. ***PLEASE DO NOT LET JENNIFER GRESHAM NP SEE YOU FOR FMLA RELATED ISSUES. I was seen by the nurse practitioner Jennifer Gresham she made me feel like I was doing something wrong by coming in there to get my paperwork recertification for intermittent leave. If you are not comfortable filling out the paperwork why are you in the office working. She would not let me speak to the MD in the office. Beware going to this office being seen by JENNIFER GRESHAM
