There are so many misses here, it's hard to know where to begin. I will start with the positives. The staff is very pleasant. That is pretty much where the positive ends. We stayed in the "new remodeled room" let's start there. As we walk in the first thing we see is a very unclean, old dated carpet. And from there the room has only 1 redeeming quality. The shower. Nice modern and updated.
At breakfast, we sat outside on the patio and were rained on by construction materials floating down from the work site. speaking of construction, after spending a few hours at the pool, we returned to our room and were unable to shower because there was no water. The front desk told us water may not be available until 7 pm. The staff did try to accommodate us by letting us use another room to shower. I would not stay here again. MGM group should be embarrassed with this property. I am giving 2 stars for the staff, zero stars to mgm.
Oh yeah, almost forgot. You have to pay a $41.00 nightly resort fee with taxes. I'm still trying to figure out what you get for that ridiculous fee. Plenty of better places to stay. Don't rush. Check other properties. It's in your best interest.
