  • After being "hood winked" by other lenders even with solid credit scores, equity and income ratios, I was referred to Dean Shreiner at Guaranteed Rate by my CPA. I saved $7000 from what another lender had qualified me to close!! And at a better interst rate. The qualification process was painless and explaination of each detail was professional. Mr. Shrenier waatched every dollar at closing and when a few items came in over budget he made sure what was originally quoted hapaned. I wish I had known about Guaranteed Rate months ago so I could have avoided the stress and busy work most lenders put you through today. Great job and two thumbs way up!! Wm G.
