rev:text	ZERO STARS AVOID THIS COMPLEX!!!!! Please read!!! Ok sooo my husband just got out of the military and at first they were sooo nice to help us we needed something ASAP two bedroom.. We walked in sometime last week got approved the next day first they tell us we will be in an apt by the office then a couple days later they say we can go view the apartment when we get there the next day they tell us we can't see it anymore because there is a leak and we need to change the apt # keep in mind we live in El Mirage (wast of gas and time) we had been told we could move it the 22nd of this month so because they change the apt number I have to call APS pay a fee to change the apt # then I have to call my renters insurance pay another fee to change that apt # so we're mad at this point then they tell us we have to wait for my husbands crimal recored and the manager tells him he needs to call transunion to get an answer .... Umm wtf isn't that their job!!?? And he just got out the military honorably!! They refuse to show us the apt even though we are set to move in Friday it just felt like they are stalling, at this point it's Wednesday the 20th! Soo finally today Thursday I have to call them to get an answer see if they got his criminal recored then they say yea so I ask if I can view the apt they say no not until 5pm for what reason idk if it's suppose to be ready by tmrw!! Then at 5pm I go see the apt and omg!!!!!!!!! It was horrible the stove was dirty the fridge had a stain and hair in it and the walls looked like someone hit them and they painted over them the doors looked fucked up the WORST was the dishwasher!!!! Omg it was flooded at the bottom and it smelled as if there had been a dead cat in there soooooooo gross!! And the manager says "oh that should've been fixed I'll put in a request now" to fix all the issues I was pointing out but these people didn't let us see the apt until a day before because there were fixing it wtf I can only imagine how much worse this apt was!!!!!! Oh & the carpet was hard and nasty it all smelled!! My husband told me to leave after I texted him that then he called and told them we weren't getting it they told him they weren't giving us our holding fee back and app fees which app fees I get it but holding fee!! Umm they've held it for less than a week and they changed the apt number on us soooo technically we should get that back!! Also my hubby will speak with our lawyer tmrw because we should be able to get our admin fee back! Please DONT DONT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!
