  • Called them for a pump emergency and they dealt with it efficiently. replaced the pump, did not try to sell me other stuff, no drama. I usually maintain my pool myself, and I get it that pool services live by the maintenance they offer weekly, but they even gave me some free advice on how to keep the pool as clean as possible and how to flush the spa and operate the valves.
