  • Malleys is five stars all the way around. I grew up in Cleveland and you can bet that any time someone brings up Cleveland, I'm more likely to bring up Malleys than any sports team or anything else CLE- related. The chocolate is sooo good, such high quality. What I love about this particular Malleys location is the sit down ice cream parlor. Just the colors inside the parlor, the uniforms the employees wear and the fact that it's sit down service makes me feel like I'm back in the good ole days of the 1940s (ok I wasn't alive back then, but I'm guessing that's what it felt like). The hot fudge is the greatest of all time. I always have to get a hot fudge sundae whenever I go. I love all types of ice cream but I have yet to come across any sundae as good as this (although Sanders up in Michigan has equally delicious hot fudge). Please go to Malleys on your next trip to Cleveland and I promise you will not be disappointed! And for this location, sitting on the carousel is so much fun! I feel like a kid again every time I go here! Malleys- you rock!
