  • Bought a used Jeep Commander here a month ago from Alessio ( spell check ) and he was great. They said they'd replace the cracked windshield and fix the broken latches on the third row seat. It took them a months time to get the windshield and they didn't order the latches until last minute but Taylor got it done and replaced a fuse for the rear ac in 2 days time. I would give this place more stars but when I left the car with the dealership I know what I left in the center console. I would have appreciated someone within the company NOT stealing my iPhone wires... they aren't that expensive. I expect it from other places that aren't considered "luxury" dealerships but not from BMW. Aside from that though Alessio and Taylor were great.
