  • Our shower drain backed up. Called Pure Plumbing and it turned out the sewer line disconnected from the pipe leading to the main sewer system. So waste water was just being sent under ground for who knows how long . Not a pleasant thought. It took them two weeks to fix the problem. The front yard was trenched using a backhoe. The city inspector had to come out. Couldn't use the toilets or water for several days. The lawn was torn up. Shrubs and tree roots were damaged. A major construction zone. It was a very stressful situation but the guy's did a great job. They got the yard back together and looking good. I'll use them again in the future. I just hope nothing this major ever happens again.
