  • The owner here is clearly trying to be professional and nice, but she lacks the understanding of customer service and anticipation of customer needs. I have gone in several times and been told different things in order for her to assure a profit. understandable to an extent, but as I have read in another posted review for this location the owner says there's a CC minimum, I understand, but when I offer to pay in cash she increases the fees for things to make profit, while smiling and pretending to be helpful. It's as if she thinks I'm stupid and I don't remember what the policy was previously. For example, I usually just need a printed copy of a few 8x10s. My first few visits I was charged 25-50 cents depending on who was working, and a few times happily paid a few dollars extra to meet her minimum because I didn't have cash. Then she decides to increase her profit she is going to charge a $5 computer usage fee, even though I don't need the computer at all.. the PDFs I needed printed were, in the past just emailed to they're business email and they would print them from they're computer and I was just charged the print fee. I was planning on Post net being my neighborhood mail hub, but after being nickeled and dimed like this I will never return and am happy to pass along the word of this greedy business. To back the other review here, for them to make an extra dollar or two now, they are loosing a lot more money from future business.
